Licensing Fees as of August 2005

The Board of Educational Examiners licensure fees were raised on August 1, 2005. The new fee structure is listed below.

• Initial license = $85
• Duplicate = $15
• Substitute license = $85
• Renewal of license = $85
• Out-of-state license = $60 for evaluation & $85 for license
• Out-of-country license = $60 for evaluation & $85 for license
• Coaching authorization = $85
• Coaching renewal = $85
• Conditional license = $85
• Evaluator approval = $85
• Statement of professional recognition (SPR) = $145
  ($60 for evaluation and $85 for SPR)
• Emergency license = $150
• Adding an endorsement = $50
• Adding an endorsement and renewing at the same time = $135
  ($85 to renew + $50 to add; enclose official transcripts)
