- Paper Selection Suggestions

- For Worksheets:
- 20# Bond - Least expensive of all paper stocked. A wide variety of colors are available help capture students interest.

- For Routine Printing (forms, notices, contracts):
- 20# -
Inexpensive. A variety of colors are stocked. Caution: When printed on two (2) sides, the printing may show through the paper.
- 60# - Only slightly more expensive than 20#. Entice readers with the exciting paper colors available. Best for two (2) sided printing because it is heavier than 20#.
- For Newsletters:
- 60# - Exciting colors. Better than 20# for two (2) sided printing.
- 70# Linen - Elegant paper. When coupled with typesetting, makes a professional looking job.
- For Covers:
- 65# - Sturdy and colorful.
- 90# - A durable booklet cover. 90# has a slight sheen to it which some find less desirable than other available cover papers
- For Posters:
- 65# (11 X 17) - The colors and the stiffness of 65# papers make them excellent for posters.
- 90# (11 X 17) - The stiffness of 90# makes it a good candidate for posters.
- For Certificates:
- 60# - Parchtone Text The soft marbled colors and crispness of this paper make it an attractive certificate.
- Stationery: The fine texture of the stationery papers stocked give the certificates printed on them a special quality.
- 65# Covers - If a heavily textured paper is selected, the texture could interfere with ink coverage.
- For Multi-Copy Forms:
- NCR - With NCR (non-carbon reproducing paper) there is no mess, no bother, no carbon paper needed. Write on the top sheet and you get up to four (4) copies.
- For Stickers:
- Fasson - Adhesive backed paper. Once printed, the paper on the back which protects the adhesive may be easily pulled off and the fasson stuck to notebooks, boxes, doors or any other clean, smooth surface.
