How to Order Printing

Here's how:

Step 1: PREPARE A GOOD, CLEAN, CLEAR COPY TO BE USED AS THE ORIGINAL.
Remember:

a) Be sure to leave a 1/4" margin all around your page.

b) Use a good printer to make the best originals. The density of the type on a page must be consistent; light type and heavy type on a page will produce copies that also look light and heavy. Pencil does not show up for printing.

c) Don’t use erasable bond paper; it smudges very easily.

d) The printed copy is only as good as its original. Use liquid paper to cover dirt, smudges or even folds in your paper that might look dark. Be as neat as possible. Smudges and messy corrections will be picked up on the copies.

Step 2: PLEASE WRITE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on your request form if you wish the AEA staff to prepare any of your original(s). Any preparation you can do yourself will save you money, such as typing, drawings, hand lettering. You will be billed for labor and supplies.

Step 3: COMPLETE THE
PRODUCTION REQUEST FORM. These forms are also available from your van driver. Please write your purchase order number or have your principal sign in the upper right hand corner.

Step 4: ENCLOSE THE ORIGINAL AND THE REQUEST FORM in a folder or envelope to protect it from dirt or damage, address it to Keystone AEA Print Shop.

Step 5: Place your production order in the van delivery box. It will be picked up by the Keystone AEA van driver and delivered to the print shop.
