Purchase Orders - Ongoing

In order to streamline the ordering of printing and lamination for your staff and our staff, Keystone AEA encourages schools to issue a purchase order that covers several jobs at one time. This means less paperwork for all and saves valuable time.

There are various ways to write purchase orders to cover multiple jobs. For example:

  • "All printing for the month of September 2007."
  • "All printing for the month of October 2007 up to a maximum of $200."
  • "Laminating for Jane Smith for the 2007-2008 school year."
  • "All A.V. production excluding printing up to $100 total."
  • "Laminating from November 1, 2007 through December 22, 2007."

You may specify the time period for which the purchase order is valid, specific production service(s) covered, jobs for a specific teacher(s), and/or maximum dollar amount of the purchase order. Please include this information right on the purchase order when you submit it.

We will keep a list of all the individual jobs covered by your purchase order and will send you the list when that purchase order is complete. You will know which teacher, the date in/date out, and the cost.
