Print Shop Finishing Services

In addition to the actual printing of pages, the Print Shop offers the following finishing services for which labor, materials, and equipment costs will be charged.

Collating: putting pages in order

Binding:
bound with a plastic spiral binder (various sizes and colors)

Stapling: corners, edges or down the center of folded sheets

Folding: 9 different folds are possible including tri-folds

Cutting: precision cuts of up to 500 sheets at one time, max. 18" wide

Padding: memo pads, multi-part forms and paper tablets of forms are commonly padded items

Drilling: pages for 3-ring binders can be drilled up to 500 sheets at a time

Punching: 19 hole punching in paper for items to be spiral bound

Graphics: Attach complete instructions and a rough sketch if possible. Allow an additional week to 10 days turnaround time if your job requires both graphics and printing.

Lamination: Keystone AEA can laminate up to 34" wide.

Video Tape Duplication: Specify the program title and length of program.

Audio Tape Duplication: Indicate the number of copies needed and length of tape.

Transparencies: Indicate color of thermo transparency - blue, green, red, yellow, or clear. Specify if you want your transparencies mounted.

Signs and Posters: Indicate - the number of signs or posters; the size for the signs; attach complete instructions for lettering and layout; indicate posterboard color (see colors listed under Dry Mounting); indicate letter color (red, black, white, blue, green, or yellow).

Photography: Specify what you need done.

Dry Mounting: Indicate what your item is to be dry mounted onto:

  • Posterboard (in the following colors) -
    blue, yellow, burgundy, red, black, orange, lime green
    white, tomato red, shamrock green
    Indicate mount flush or the size of margins you want.
  • Polypaper - stiff white paper backing usually mounted with lamination on front.
  • Chartex - fabric backing.

Microfilming: Attach specific instructions and materials to be microfilmed.
