Audiotape Duplication: (Basic cost)

Audiotape duplication is available from cassette to cassette. Send us your tapes and your request form and this will be done free of charge. If you need to purchse the tapes from Keystone AEA you'll also need to include a purchase order number or provide your principal's or superintendent's signature on the Production Request Form. Dry Mounting: (Basic cost)

By dry mounting a visual on to a backing, you can improve its appearance and make it last longer. Temporary or permanent adherence is possible by using either temporary or permanent dry mount tissue. Types of backings include poster board, chartex (a cloth-like backing), and polypaper (a heavy paper backing). Production Price List

 

Graphics:

Keystone AEA can design flyers, brochures, transparencies, and stationery. A computer, scanner and graphics software may be used to prepare professional materials using ideas and specifications from the school. Production Price List

 

Lamination: (Basic cost)

Lamination uses a heat process to apply a transparent plastic coating to paper items. Lamination film permanently preserves documents, maps, posters, worksheets, etc. The color quality of the picture is enhanced, and the durability is improved by the coating of lamination. Microfilming

If you have school records that you would like reduced to microfilm for easier storage, order by using the Production Request Form or by calling the production manager at 1-800-632-5918, 563-245-1480 or 563-556-3310. Items to be microfilmed will be grouped and sent to the outside vendor twice a year to guarantee the lowest price for schools. The deadlines for having school records sent to Keystone AEA for microfilming are mid September and mid February. Please include detailed specifications on number of copies needed, jacketing and labeling. Production Price List

 

Photography:

Signs and Posters:

Posterboard is available in a rainbow of colors. Ink and Leteron tape of various colors are kept on hand to give you a wide choice of color combinations (for a listing of poster board colors, ink and Leteron colors, see the back side of your Production Request Form). Production Price List

 

Transparencies: (Basic cost)

Keystone AEA Production can prepare transparencies by the Thermofax method. With thermo you get a black image on a clear or colored background. Production Price List

 

Videotape Duplication:

With advance notice we can tape Iowa Public Television programs off the air for you if duplication rights are available. If the program has already been aired we can get a copy of it. If you need a copy of a tape you already have, we can duplicate the tape for you. Production Price List

 

Satellite Reception and Tapings:

Programs broadcast over the satellite can be videotaped upon request if they are copyright free. Schools may provide the blank tape or purchase one from Production. Interactive broadcasts may be viewed during their actual air time at Keystone AEA in Elkader. Please, whenever possible, reserve satellite time at least two weeks in advance. Personalized Posters:

You can submit (on 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14 ) an original which Keystone AEA can enlarge to make posters and banners for use in classrooms, media centers, libraries, auditoriums, gyms, hallways, etc. You may choose a variety of color options on paper. Some can be laminated and some can not be laminated due to the heat process used. Production Price List
