Request to Participate in Instructional Practices Inventory


In order to process your request to have the IPI conducted in your district/building, please review the protocols attached and answer all questions listed below. Submit the completed request form electronically by hitting the submit button below.

1. Why do you feel IPI data would be beneficial to your district or building?

2. What are possible dates that would meet the criteria of a normal school day?

3. What is your plan for district or building leadership team analysis of IPI data (included data analysis dates)?

4. What is your plan for district or building staff to analyze IPI data (included data analysis dates)?

Following the analysis and discussion of IPI data by the stakeholders in the district/building, GOALS for improvements (as warranted) must be developed. A copy of those goals must be submitted to the IPI team at Keystone AEA before future requests for IPI will be considered.
