Board of Directors (2008-2009)
Keystone AEA is governed by a nine-member board of directors, elected by local school boards. Nine members, each represent between one and six school districts within a director district. The Board is the policy-making body with powers and duties delegated by state laws and guidelines. Board meetings are the third Monday of the month but are subject to change.
