Early ACCESS/Early Childhood

What is Early ACCESS?
Early ACCESS is Iowa's system for providing early intervention services. It is available to infants and toddlers from birth to age three who have a condition known to cause developmental delays if early intervention services are not provided or who are showing a developmental delay in one or more areas of development.
